I'm Jason — a Silicon Valley medium and animal communicator offering readings through this site. This page explains what information I collect when you book a reading, why I collect it, and how it's handled. I keep this simple on purpose: I only collect what I actually need to do the reading and process payment.

1. Information I Collect

When you book a reading, I collect what you choose to share in the booking form, which typically includes:

• Your name and email address
• A photo and/or name of your pet, or details about a person you'd like me to connect with
• Your question or topic for the reading
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.

If you contact me directly by email or social media, I'll have whatever you send me in that message.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use what you share solely to prepare and deliver your reading, communicate with you about your booking, and process payment. I don't use your information for anything beyond that without asking you first.

3. Readings and Sensitive Content

Readings often involve deeply personal topics — grief, loss, health concerns about a pet, or private family matters. I treat everything shared with me as confidential. I will never share the content of your reading, your photo, or identifying details publicly without your explicit permission.

If I ever want to use a quote or story from your reading as a testimonial on this site, I will ask you directly first — nothing goes up without your yes.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment details are handled — I recommend reviewing it at stripe.com/privacy. I only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits of your card for my own records — never your full card number.

5. Data Retention

I keep booking details and reading notes for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your reading and handle any follow-up questions or refund requests, and then delete them. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, email me and I'll take care of it.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. I don't use invasive tracking or sell any data to advertisers.

7. Third-Party Services

Beyond Stripe for payments, I may use standard tools for email delivery, scheduling, or file hosting to run this business. Each of those providers has its own privacy practices; I only work with providers I trust with your information.

8. Your Rights

You can ask me at any time to see what information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email me and I'll respond promptly.

9. Age Requirement

Readings offered through this site are intended for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

If I update this policy, I'll change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be noted clearly on this page.
