The short version: readings offered on this site are for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and I can't guarantee specific outcomes or information.
By booking a reading, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who This Applies To
These terms govern your use of this site and any reading, session, or service you book through it (“Services”). By booking a Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the Services
I offer intuitive readings, including animal communication, mediumship, tarot & oracle readings, and Reiki/energy work. These Services are rooted in intuitive and spiritual practice. They are offered:
- For entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual guidance purposes.
- Not as a substitute for professional veterinary care — if your pet is sick, injured, or in distress, please consult a licensed veterinarian.
- Not as a substitute for professional grief counseling, therapy, or mental health support — mediumship readings can be emotionally significant, and I encourage seeking professional support alongside any reading if you're processing loss or grief.
- Not as medical, legal, or financial advice of any kind.
I do my best to share what I sincerely receive during a reading, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or specific outcome of any reading.
3. Booking & Delivery
Readings booked through this site are delivered asynchronously — typically as a written response, with an optional voice recording, within 24–48 hours of booking unless otherwise stated. Live or video sessions, where offered, will have their own scheduling process.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking and is processed securely through Stripe. See the Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (name, photo, question) so I can prepare your reading.
- Use the Services for lawful purposes only.
- Understand that any decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility.
6. Confidentiality
What you share with me and what comes through in a reading is kept confidential. I won't share or publish any part of your reading without your explicit permission — see the Privacy Policy for more.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and artwork on this site are mine and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your reading, once delivered, is yours to keep and use privately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from information provided during a reading. Services are provided “as is,” based on good-faith intuitive practice, without warranty of accuracy or specific results.
9. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
